Welcome to the Oberon - Industry Collaboration
The primary mission of this site is to provide you with information about Oberon related projects and events. Oberon was the name of both a programming language and an operating system. Nowadays, Oberon refers to the programming language alone whereas A2 and Minos are the names of two different runtime system.
A2 is promoted in the scope of a national KTI/CTI project. Strategies directed towards the optimal development and marketing of several generic Oberon-based systems, targeting different levels of requirements are currently under discussions within this project. Minos is the platform for an active safety system for General Aviation in a European project.
Both A2 and Minos have been and will be presented at exhibitions and conferences. Hints to upcoming events will be given here.
The embedded computing conference 09 will be held on May 26, 09 in Winterthur, Switzerland.
